Running Club

Exercise is a great way to stay physically and mentally healthy, and the Spring Woods Middle School Running Club can help you do both! Although this is a “running club”, participants may choose to walk, jog, or run with the group around the track at any pace that is most comfortable. This is a great time to work on physical fitness and building a positive mindset, while developing friendships with other students and teachers in our school community.

Throughout the year, we will discuss proper running form and strategy to develop each member’s skill set. Improvement in any endeavor requires dedication and determination, and we will hold each other accountable as we set and pursue our goals.
