Stay strong this December: Mental Health Challenge supports students over the holiday break

As the holiday season approaches, many students face unique challenges that can impact their mental health—whether it's the stress of exams, the pressure of family expectations, or the solitude that can sometimes accompany the break.

In recognition of these challenges, we’re excited to announce a Mental Health Challenge for the month of December. The challenge encourages students to take small, meaningful steps each day to prioritize their mental health, from practicing mindfulness and self-care to learning new coping strategies for stress and anxiety.

How to Participate:

  • Download the Challenge: Click here to download a simple, easy-to-follow calendar filled with daily activities, reflection prompts, and expert advice.

  • Follow Along: Each day, we'll share helpful tips on how to manage stress, stay connected, and improve your mood—whether you're at home, visiting family, or just taking a break from school.

  • Track Your Progress: Keep a journal or digital log of how each activity makes you feel.

This December don't face the holiday season alone—join the challenge, connect with peers, and access the resources you need to feel supported. Your mental health matters, and there’s no better time to start prioritizing your well-being.
